History

The Capture
Edit
- When Soren, Gylfie, and Twilight meet Digger, he told what happened to his brother, Flick. He recalled that a St. Aggie's patrol of Jatt and Jutt came and tried to capture Flick as Grimble snatched their second brother, Cunny. Digger saw them eat Flick right before his eyes.
Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole
Edit
- Flick is seen in a deleted scene during which Noctus tells a story of the War of the Ice Claws to Soren, Kludd and Eglantine. With Pure Ones and Metal Beak watching, Flick is pinned to the ground by bats with his wing exposed as another brings a blade down on his wing as he realizes what they are about to do. Feathers fly in the air following this. This scene was deleted due to violence and was made an alternating beginning. However, the dialogue says "Those who surrendered became forever earthbound", meaning that possibly Flick was not killed but rather the blade broke his wing, cut the flesh severly or sliced off his flight feathers, making him unable to ever fly.
Trivia
Edit
- Oddly, Flick is younger then Digger, but the Battle of the Ice Claws happened long before they or even Noctus were born, meaning that he is probably much older then Digger. This may have been another reason why the scene was deleted.
- Flick is heard struggling to free himself from the bats, making a few frightened noises. It is not confirmed who voiced him.
